Video Games and Animation
Wacky, Wild and Bold
Shana is wickedly versatile, funny and more than a little out of the box when working in video games and animation. Deciding that the five-year old outlook on life was really the best way to look at the world, she can still “come out and play” (remember being a little kid?) by diving into fantasy worlds with complete believability.
Shana’s sullen teenagers, raspy fish secretaries, midwestern housewives and 1930’s announcers developed out of twenty-five years of professional theatre experience, including international tours and on-camera work.
Professionally Trained Actor
That professional experience makes Shana exceptionally directable. If you give her a note, she does it, making the director/producer’s job that much easier. Shana has a BFA in theatre from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Following college, Shana toured internationally and settled in Seattle, Washington. Shana has worked with the Oregon Cabaret, 5th Ave Musical Theatre, Bathhouse Theatre, Seattle Shakespeare Company, Cabaret Productions, Book-It Repertory Theatre and the Missoula Children’s Theatre.
Fun Sessions and Repeat Work
Having fun in a session and keeping everything light makes working with Shana a joy. Shana’s professional motto:
- Be an awesome person
- Be talented (awesome comes first)
- Be on time
- Be lucky
Both her theatrical and voiceover resumes show the same directors and creative teams over and over since it’s a joy to bring her back to projects again and again.
